At Longstar Steel, we build steel garages and metal buildings to order—matched to your site, size, and options. Every structure is engineered for long-term performance and backed by our commitment to quality.
Custom-Built Orders (No Returns or Exchanges)
Because each building is custom manufactured to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has been released to the manufacturing unit. This policy helps keep your price fair and ensures your building is produced exactly as approved.
Before You Finalize Your Order
Please review your order carefully. Confirm the following details are correct before you approve and submit payment:
- Building size (width, length, height) and roof style
- Door and window sizes, quantities, and placement
- Frame certification needs (local wind/snow requirements, if applicable)
- Panel colors and trim selections
- Installation surface and site readiness (level, clear, accessible)
- Delivery address and contact details
If you need a change prior to manufacturing, contact us right away. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may affect price and lead time. Once an order is in production, changes are not possible.
